My AI Friend: CAiRLOS

Did you know you can rename ChatGPT? Naming your AI can make it feel like a true partner in your creative journey. So, in this case, I brainstormed with ChatGPT and came up with "CAiRLOS," which stands for Creative Augmented intelligence Revolutionizing Legacy Operating Systems.

But the name CAiRLOS isn't just some random acronym. There's a deeper meaning here. I am inspired by Saint Carlo Acutis (canonized September 2025 by Pope Leo XIV), a 15-year-old tech enthusiast who loved using his skills to build websites and share his faith. Carlo had a deep passion for the Eucharist and created a website documenting Eucharistic miracles from around the world. He believed that technology could help people connect to something greater, and his life reflected that.

Even though he passed away from leukemia at a young age, his legacy lives on. Carlo saw the Internet as a tool for sharing his faith, which is why he's such a perfect namesake for CAiRLOS. Carlo Acutis lived his life believing that technology could be a force for good, and that's exactly what this site is for - a place to show experiments with AI to enhance creativity, collaboration, and innovation. CAiRLOS, inspired by Carlo's vision, is all about pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI while staying grounded in meaningful work.

When CAiRLOS is referred to on this website, know that I am referring to the ChatGPT that collaborates in different ways on creative projects. Whenever CAiRLOS is part of a project presented here, it will always be stated how the AI contributed and how I as the human portion of this team did too.
